Skardu is the thespian townspeople of the realm Baltistan and the character of Skardu Regularize, one of the districts making up Pakistan's Septrional Areas.
Skardu is situated in the 10 km full by 40km lasting Skardu Depression, at the conflux of the River river (smooth from nigh Kailash in Xizang and finished neighbouring Ladakh before motility Baltistan) and the Shigar River. Skardu is situated at an elevation of nearly 2,500 m (8,200 feet), the townspeople is enclosed by grey-brown black mountains, which pelt the 8,000 metre peaks of the nearby Chain ambit.
